Welcome to Dazzle & Delight! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, website, and any bookings made with us. By engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Dazzle & Delight provides event and party planning services, including (but not limited to) event design, coordination, vendor management, and decor setup. Specific services will be outlined in your booking agreement or invoice.

2. Bookings & Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit (amount specified in your booking agreement) is required to secure your event date.

  • The remaining balance is due by the date stated in your invoice. Late payments may result in cancellation of services.

  • Payments must be made through approved methods (e.g., cash, card, online payment platforms).

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in writing (email or text accepted).

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Refund eligibility for additional payments (beyond the deposit) depends on how far in advance cancellation occurs.

  • If Dazzle & Delight must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate event details, including guest count, location, and special requests.

  • Secure all necessary permits, permissions, or venue approvals (unless otherwise agreed upon).

  • Ensure that the event environment is safe for both guests and staff.

5. Vendor Relationships

  • We may recommend or coordinate with third-party vendors (e.g., caterers, venues, entertainment).

  • Dazzle & Delight is not responsible for the performance, actions, or omissions of third-party vendors.

6. Liability

  • Dazzle & Delight is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss that occurs at an event.

  • We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.).

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, social media, and promotional materials (including logos, designs, and images) are the property of Dazzle & Delight.

  • You may not use our materials for commercial purposes without written consent.

8. Privacy

Your personal information will be collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted with a new effective date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
